Welcome to our first introduction of Girls Unleashed ♥️
Girl Unleashed is a special leadership program where girls will learn that their source of empowerment resides within them.
Girls will be encouraged to step into their power to empower themselves to be their best self! Together, we will explore empowerment, self love, acceptance, confidence, self esteem, media, social media, and gently guide these girls to open their minds to think about how these influences affect their daily lives. Girls will learn the power in coming together in support of one another, and how much more powerful it is then competing with one another. In Girl Unleashed, girls will experience a loving and comfortable space and engage in positive learning experiences that will inspire them to open their hearts and minds to their own potential. They will learn that opening their creative minds to experiences such as, meditation, yoga, gratitude circles, girl chats, journal reflections will create connections, and opportunities for self love. These experiences will plant the seeds to live a more positive and fulfilled life!
