We are going to explore what it means to be strong in our feminine while honouring the balance with the masculine.
We will move through the sensual and fluid Goddess Flow yoga letting our body guide us.
We will ground down into a meditation to connect us to ourselves.
We will have a closing circle with hot tea and deep soul conversations among like hearted women.

You will need to bring your own mat, a pillow and light blanket (for meditation) a water bottle, an open heart, and comfortable clothes you can move in.
