Through out my life, even before West Coast Soul, I can say I have a pretty good knowledge base of the feminine.
I have 5 younger sister, 3 daughters, worked as a hairstylist for 15 years, I’ve listened to and studied women my whole life.
Then, 7 years ago, my life flipped upside down with my son.
A boy. Testosterone.
In my upbringing, I think it’s more then fair to say, most of the masculine I had encountered were wounded.
They were angry, abusive, emotionally unavailable, and these were my experiences. My son was my opportunity to raise a boy in a loving and healthy environment, and he is by far, the most loving creature I have ever encountered.
So, what’s different?
Men also suffer from generational traumas, pressure, fears, insecurities.
So maybe it’s time to also be proactive here and break this cycle?
On December 8th, we are creating our first workshop for boys.
We are bringing in a creative activity for them, hands on.
We are bringing in indigenous educator, Jack Payette to teach them how to respect the world we live in.
We have my good friend Amanda Elia as always, an EA in the catholic School Board.
And myself.
This premier session we are creating holiday gnomes, and beginning the conversation about how to be the change the world needs.
A kind, caring, loving masculine.
$50/boy
(And they are taking home the tree)
Only 7 spots for this premier workshop, so please be sure to register with payment.
