Generation Empowered – Oct/Nov virtual sessions

Generation Empowered is a unique program that teaches kids that all their empowerment resides within them.

We explore topics such as (but not limited to) Self worth, gratitude, boundaries, mindfulness, social media, peer pressure, as well as allowing them to engage and communicate freely.

We are showing these kids the positive aspects behind, listening to their hearts, trusting again, having the courage to be bothered vulnerable and courageous and while holding them in a safe and sacred meeting.

In a time where everything that felt safe is now unsure, routines, school, dance, hockey… we are offering a consistent online routine to give them the security this pandemic is threatening.

For $50/month per youth, I invite you to invest in them the self confidence they need to get through this new world with confidence, community and a safe place to release fears while being among a fabulous like hearted community.

This program is completely inclusive, with the programming created for kids within the maturity of 7-12, but no kids are turned away.
