As we come together in September, the month of the glorious Harvest moon, we will honour ourselves as women, as Divine Feminine Creatures, as well as the effects of the moon on our cycles.
We will come together and embrace the magic of the water, ether and fire in our lives as we dance through these elements. We will flow through the sensual Goddess Flow Yoga honouring the goddess within each one of us.
We will ground down through a beautiful guided meditation and finish with sacred tea and gratitude circle.
Open to all who identify with their feminine.
