Soul Sessions

Igniting the Feminine within Explore what being feminine means to each of us. We will explore releasing shame, expectations and social judgements past, present and future. We will explore self acceptance, loving our bodies, making peace with our past and being proud of who we are. We will explore feminine movement and sensuality as a tool to embody and reclaim it where we need it. This session is open to anyone who identifies with their feminine essence.
