We will explore what being feminine means to each of us, personally. We will explore releasing shame, expectations, past judgments. We will work on self acceptance, loving everything from the feelings of our hands in our hair, a good stretch, to being proud of our bodies! What our bodies have given us, taught us, held us through deserves so much more then we give it. We will go back to the teachings of our mothers mothers mothers, where their stories began, take from their lessons and reclaim our lives as our own. With self love, support from our sisters, confidence in ourselves, we will create a life that we deserve, and never settle for less again.
This class is open to anyone who identifies with feminine.
